How to Prepare for a Successful Sale

To ensure everything runs smoothly:
- Remove personal items, documents, medications, and anything you wish to keep before setup.
- Utilities (water and electricity) must remain on during the sale.
- The signing client must have legal authority to sell the items.
We take direction only from the signing client.
No-Removal Policy
